Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Studio serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
