Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
