Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Rowan Civic Services supports public agencies in Chicago with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
