Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
