Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
