Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Chicago. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
