Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Glen Energy is an energy provider in Charlotte focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
