Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Mill Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Charlotte, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
