Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Charlotte with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
