Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
