Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
