Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Charleston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 901 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
