Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Buffalo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
