Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Lakeside Inspection Services is an inspection company in Buffalo with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
