Bluepeak Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
