Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 464 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit.
