Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Buffalo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
