Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
