Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Boston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
