Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
