Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Ember Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Boise. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
