Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bright Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
