Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Cedar Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Birmingham. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
