Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Summit Birch Civic Services works with county and city offices around Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
