Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Harbor Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 608 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
