Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
