Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Baltimore with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
