Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Amber Construction is a Baltimore contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
