Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
