Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Baltimore, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
