Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
