Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 443 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
