Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Hollow Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
