Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
