Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
