Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
