Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
