Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
