Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Anchorage with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
