Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Orchard Health provides primary and specialty care in Anchorage, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
