Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Hollow Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
