Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Hollow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
