Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
