Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
