Redstone Meridian Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
