Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Stone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
