Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
