Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Birch Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
