Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
