Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Virginia Beach with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
